Class and individual prices are below.

Mat Class (drop in)

£11 per session 

Classes are mixed ability and exercises are modified to suit individual strength, ability and any physical limitations.

We focus on correct breathing and alignment and students are encouraged to ‘listen to their own body’ and not push it beyond where it’s comfortable.  I’ll help you improve your technique with corrections.

Private (1 person)

£45

These one-two-one sessions are in the comfort of your own home and are tailored to you so you can work in a more focused way.

There is a focus on precision and you will see quick results.  These sessions can work well either on a weekly basis or as a top up to you regular mat class.

Mat Class (4 to 6 week blocks)

5 weeks £45
6 weeks £54  

Save by booking a block of classes.  They are run in term times, starting before and after half term and run for 5-6 weeks depending on the school terms.  They work work out to £9 a class.

Sharing a Pilates sessions can be fun with a partner or friend.  

‘Getting Started’ Session

£25

If you are brand new to Pilates or have an injury or medical condition, you may need to have a 1:1 ‘Getting Started’ session first. ​

This allows for an assessment and takes you through the basic Pilates moves so that you feel more comfortable that you know what you’re doing, before joining a class.

It’s also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions.

If you would like to setup a small  class for a group, e.g.  of friends, post pregnancy, to support golf, or at your office workplace, I can discuss your needs and create a programme for you.
